BAC Home Loans aka "Bank of America", is committing fraud all across the country. No one is doing anything about it. No one is going to jail for it. It sends a wrong message to this country and future generations by saying: "It's okay to conduct illegal business in this country as long as you have lots of money and assets to get you out of trouble." Of coarse, if an average business owner were to do half of what Bank of Destroying America is doing (fraud, embezzlement, forgery, bad collection practices, etc) they would be serving time in prison right now. Why aren't Bank of America's top executives being held accountable for their illegal actions? Again, it's a bad message to everyone who is trying to make an honest living. People are losing their homes, health, family and even their lives because of Bank of America's evil practices. Bank of America continues to operate this way and could care less about who's lives they are destroying.

Mr. Alan Taylor committed suicide because of Bank of America's practices and our sincere condolences go out to his dear family:
Alan Taylor was a homeowner from Rio Vista, CA. He liked hunting, fishing, football, and baseball. He enjoyed playing his guitar and spending time with his family and his friends.
On April 5, 2010 he received an offer for a trial modification from Bank of America. He responded immediately and the bank accepted his payments on April 22. They foreclosed and sold his home just 10 days later. In a moment of despair, Alan took his own life.
